What is the turnaround time for a design?
Most logo designs are delivered within 48 hours. Other projects such as social media posts, banners, or packaging designs may vary depending on complexity.
Do you provide free consultations?
Yes! We offer a free 15-minute consultation via WhatsApp chat, call, or message to understand your needs and recommend the best solutions.
How can I request a design?

Do you offer revisions?
Yes, we provide revisions based on your feedback until you are fully satisfied with the design. Each order includes 2 free revisions, and if you need more, additional revisions can be requested for a small fee.

How to track my order?
You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your design is ready.

Delivery of Orders
Do you offer your services for all countries?
Yes! We proudly provide our services to clients all around the world 🌍. Our team communicates in both Sinhala and English, making it easy for Sri Lankan and international clients to work with us seamlessly.
Do you offer physical delivery?
No. Since we are a digital service provider, we do not send printed materials or any physical items. All our designs are delivered conveniently through email (info@designking.lk) or WhatsApp (0787660825) in high-quality digital formats.
How long does the delivery take?
We usually take 2 days for your order to be designed & delivered and additional 24 hours for revision request.
Refund
What is your Refund Policy?
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. However, you are not allowed to use any designs or products created for you under the cancelled order. For full details, please visit our Refund Policy page.
How long does it take to get the Refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
How do I track my Refund?
To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.
